USP College

USP College is a leading provider of further and professional education in Essex, offering dynamic, future focused learning across its three campuses: Seevic in Benfleet, Palmer’s in Grays, and the XTEND Digital Campus in Canvey Island. Formed in 2017 from the merger of two long-standing institutions, and rebranded in 2018, USP College has grown to serve nearly 3,600 students with a strong commitment to preparing learners for modern careers.

The college delivers a wide range of academic and vocational pathways, including A-Levels, T-Levels, BTECs, professional qualifications, and higher education options. It also operates its own apprenticeship provider, ITEC Learning Technologies, extending opportunities for real-world industry experience. USP is known for aligning its curriculum with regional and national labour market needs, drawing from sources such as the South East Local Enterprise Partnership (SELEP), and works closely with employers to shape career-focused education that leads to meaningful outcomes.
