If your initial application is successful, you will be invited to 2 one-to-one interviews. The first interview is based on a commercial case study and will require you to deliver a short presentation to your interviewer, followed by a discussion about the case study. You will be given some time to work through the brief and prepare your presentation beforehand.

The second interview is based on your application form and will be more focused toward you as a person and your motivations behind a career at Allen & Overy.

You will receive a response, regarding the outcome of your application, shortly afterwards along with some constructive feedback.
