What is the P&G grid challenge? 

The P&G Grid Challenge is a 9‑minute, adaptive game combining memory and spatial-reasoning tasks. It requires you to remember and repeat the order in which a dot appears while completing spatial tasks in between the appearances of the dot.

How to play the P&G grid challenge? 

The P&G grid challenge game plays out like this:

• The first dot will light up, and then you’ll switch over to a spatial task.
• Once you’ve done the spatial task, you’ll be shown another dot, and so on until you are asked to recall the entire dot sequence.
• This P&G psychometric test takes about 12 minutes and has three rounds that last about 4 minutes each

The spatial tasks will get harder across 3 rounds, and they entail the following:

• The first task requires you to indicate whether two figures are symmetrical.
