Uzma has built deep expertise in assessment, coaching, and organisational development. A Chartered Business Psychologist, and accredited Executive Coach, she has partnered with leading organisations to design and deliver high-impact leadership programmes, psychometric assessments, and cultural transformation initiatives.
Before founding Assured Talent Consulting, Uzma held senior roles in global talent and leadership practices, where she advised executives on building capability, confidence, and performance at scale. She has led as a Psychologist, helping organisations make confident, evidence-based people decisions through tailored assessment and development solutions that deliver lasting business impact.
Uzma oversees the accuracy and consistency of article information on the Graduates First website, using her assessment experience at SHL to maintain the high quality of our resources for job seekers.
