The NGDP numerical reasoning test, also called a numeracy test, is only required for candidates applying to the NGDP Finance Stream. It measures your ability to work with numerical data.
Good to Know: This test is only part of the NGDP Finance Stream application. If you’re applying through the standard Impact Graduate Management Trainee route, you won’t be asked to complete it.

Alongside the NGDP numerical reasoning test, you may also be required to complete the NGDP Situational Judgement Test.
Good to Know:
The situational judgement test applies to all NGDP applicants, but the numerical reasoning test is only used for Finance Stream applications. Verbal reasoning tests may occasionally be used too, depending on the role and internal decisions.

Numerical Reasoning Test
This test assesses your numerical reasoning ability using data in charts, tables and figures. Look at each chart or table provided for each question, and use the information in these to work out the correct answer.

After the NGDP online assessments, the next stage in the NGDP recruitment process is the NGDP video interview.
The NGDP numerical reasoning test, referred to by NGDP as a numeracy test, measures your ability to work with numerical data and is only used for Finance Stream applicants.
