The Capital One presentation exercise will require you to prepare and deliver a presentation to assessors on a given topic. This measures your ability to structure ideas, communicate clearly and engage your audience.
Strengths Interview:
The Capital One strengths-based interview focuses on what you naturally do well and enjoy, rather than past competencies. Assessors look at what motivates you and how your strengths would apply in the role.
Final Interview:
For the final interview, you’ll meet a Senior Manager for a one-to-one interview. This assesses your skills, experience, motivation and how well you fit Capital One’s culture.
