Final Interview:
The final interview allows the BMW recruitment team to learn more about you, your motivations, strengths and experiences. It typically follows the competency-based format and may be held in person or virtually.
Good to Know: Other exercises or activities you may participate in during the BMW assessment centre include self-presentation, computer-aided testing, sample work tasks and shorter interviews. The specific exercises included will depend on the role and the BMW recruitment team running the day.
