In this aptitude test, you will be given a few passages with tables, charts and other types of data presentation. Your task will be to quickly analyse the information and answer a series of questions.

B. Credit Suisse Verbal reasoning test
Credit Suisse’s verbal reasoning test identifies a candidate’s ability to accurately extract relevant information from a previously unseen passage of text. The test requires candidates to critically analyse statements and decide which of them are true, false, or impossible to say – based on the information contained in the passage of text.

First Round Interview
If you have successfully passed through the bank’s online aptitude tests stage, you will be invited to a Credit Suisses first round interview – which usually takes the form of a telephone interview.
Competency Based Interview (CBI)
Your interview will becompetency based (CBI). Be prepared to talk about specific times when you demonstrated certain skills, such as: determination, teamwork, leadership skills, etc. Think about your previous projects and experiences – from your professional, academic, sports or private life.
CS first round interview Tip 1: Each of your answers should follow a STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) model, in which you need to refer to each of the four points mentioned above; explain what the particular situation was, what task you were faced with, what action you took and what the result was.

During the course of the assessment centre, you will not only meet your potential managers, but also other candidates for the position. Use ANY opportunity given to get acquainted with them and establish a positive relationship: this will make it easier for you to be confident and do your best in the group exercise you will have to complete.
In this task you will be assessed on your ability to communicate and reach decisions as part of a team. You will be observed by Credit Suisse’s recruiters throughout the exercise, so make sure to demonstrate your strengths; share your ideas, but also be ready to appreciate others’ input and develop on their points, and try to persuade others to your ideas and ask interesting questions. Most importantly – remain calm and speak clearly.
Credit Suisse Final Interview
Credit Suisse Final interview is the last part of the Credit Suisse’s recruitment process. You are likely to be invited to more than one interview with a range of managers from your line of business. This makes the process more difficult for you as you need to make a good impression on a number of people. Remember to be polite and do not be shy to speak of your accomplishments! This is your last chance to stand out from the competition.
This will also be a chance for you to ask questions and experience what working at Credit Suisse might be like. Therefore, come equipped with some interesting thought-provoking questions, which you are likely to be able to ask at the end of your interview.
