Online Application

An online form designed to gain information regarding your academic background and personal details.

Stage 3

Strengths Portal

Upon completion of the online application, you will receive a link to EY’s Strength Portal. Here, you will asked to complete 4 assessments, designed to test your capabilities. You must complete all 4 assessments within 3 working days. You should receive a response within 5 working days.

The assessments include Situational Strengths and Business Behaviours Tests – both of which have been specifically designed to give you an idea of what it is like to work at EY. Both tests require you to rank courses of action in response to a variety of scenarios. A 12-item numerical test also forms part of the 4 assessments. It is time-recorded, rather than time-tested, so your score will reflect both your accuracy and time taken.

Stage 4

Social Mobility

A short set of questions, lasting around 2-3 minutes, designed to gather information about your social, family and educational background. You will be given the option to skip questions if you would prefer not to answer.

Stage 5

First Interview (Telephone)

A 20-25 minute telephone interview designed to learn more about you, and the motivations behind your application.

Stage 6

Assessment Centre

Here, you will take part in an array of activities including: a team meeting, a written report, a presentation and final interview. This is really useful as it provides with you great insight into life at EY.
