This exclusion shall include servicing or repair costs and, without limitation, any other direct, indirect or consequential loss, and whether in tort or contract or otherwise in connection with this website.

8. Use of Forum
The terms of this site also apply to the use of our Forum. All users are expected to comply with the terms outlined here when using our site and forum, specifically sections 4 and 5 above. We cannot be hold responsible for misleading content, or content that may cause offense to other users. However, any such content may be removed and we reserve the right to remove any content posted as we deem fit.
9. Payment Flow and Delivery Policy
Once a package is selected, you will be taken through a short process where you will be required to create an account on Graduates First and make payment. Upon receipt of payment (which is instant), you will be granted immediate access to our online portals which provide you with the content that you have purchased.
We offer a money back guarantee if you do not pass your test. We would need to see evidence of this information. If this is the case, and you have genuinely not benefited from our service, then you may request a refund by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and sending in the evidence to prove that you have not been successful at a particular test related to the one that you have purchased. We may ask for further details and once satisfied, we will refund the full amount of the cost provided the refund is requested within 30 days of purchase and that no more than 5 assessments have been taken by this time. Please note that if you have purchased a range of tests, and fail just one type of test, then the refund amount may vary at the discretion of our management.
Refund requests can take up to 5-7 days to process. If successful, we will refund the amount through our payment provider, PayPal.
11. Governing Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
