With over 25 years of experience helping some of the world’s largest organisations select, develop, and retain top talent, Saqib has developed deep expertise in psychometric assessment and talent strategy, formerly consulting with IBM Kenexa and SHL. He has held senior global roles, including Head of Global Assessment at Philip Morris International and at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where he led enterprise-wide assessment frameworks to enhance hiring quality and leadership development.
A Chartered Psychologist, Saqib has also consulted for many leading global organisations, designing and implementing assessment solutions that deliver measurable business impact. He now serves as Senior Psychologist at GFI Group, overseeing the growth of the business and its portfolio of robust, evidence-based assessment tools.
Using his strong expertise and background in assessment, Saqib is also responsible for verifying and signing off technical content on the Graduates First website, ensuring it is clear, accurate, and useful for students and job seekers in their preparation.
