This accessibility statement applies to the GF Assessment preparation portal and website.

This website is run by GFI Group Limited. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Users can self-assign 25% additional time to their account.
  • Use the zoom feature on assessments with images.
  • Navigate most of the website, portal and tests using just a keyboard.
  • Listen to most of the website and portal using a screen reader. We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

How accessible this website is

We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible:

  • Most older PDF documents are not fully accessible to screen reader software.
  • Video interview recordings do not have captions.
  • You cannot skip to the main content when using a screen reader.

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

Some images do not have a text alternative, so people using a screen reader cannot access the information. This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.1.1 (non-text content).

We plan to add text alternatives for all images by May 2026. When we publish new content we’ll make sure our use of images meets accessibility standards.

Disproportionate burden

Navigation and accessing information

It’s not possible for users to use a screen reader for some images not in SVG format.

Interactive tools and transactions

Some assessments are not in text format due to the nature of the assessment.We’ve assessed the cost of fixing the issues with navigation and accessing information, and with interactive tools and transactions. We believe that doing so now would be a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations. We will make another assessment when the supplier contract is up for renewal.

Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations

PDFs and other documents

Some of our PDFs and Word documents are essential to providing our services. For example, we have PDFs for Assessment Centre Exercises and Case Interview Briefs. We plan to introduce accessible HTML pages as alternatives.

The accessibility regulations, 4.2.g., do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2019 if they are an intranet or extranet published before this date.

Any new PDFs or Word documents we publish moving forward will meet accessibility standards.

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

Our accessibility roadmap includes regular conversation with partners as well as review of the WCAG guidelines to inform how and when we plan to improve accessibility on this website and portal.
