Edson Hato, is an economist, business executive, strategist and the first native appointee to serve as the Dutch Representative for Aruba, Curacao, and St. Maarten. Edson brings more than three decades of experience leading transformation across multiple type of organizations – including multinational organizations like PwC, SAP, ABN AMRO, ING, DSM Firmenich and AstraZeneca – he brings deep expertise in HR, business strategy, and focus on measuring behaviours that matter, development of organizations and leaders.
Edson plays a key role in verifying content published on the Graduates First website, drawing on his assessment expertise in HR, development, and business strategy, to ensure it is reliable and genuinely helpful for our users.
