This exclusion shall include servicing or repair costs and, without limitation, any other direct, indirect or consequential loss, and whether in tort or contract or otherwise in connection with this website.

The terms of this site also apply to the use of our Forum. All users are expected to comply with the terms outlined here when using our site and forum, specifically sections 4 and 5 above. We cannot be hold responsible for misleading content, or content that may cause offense to other users. However, any such content may be removed and we reserve the right to remove any content posted as we deem fit.

9. Payment Flow and Delivery Policy

Once a package is selected, you will be taken through a short process where you will be required to create an account on Graduates First and make payment. Upon receipt of payment (which is instant), you will be granted immediate access to our online portals which provide you with the content that you have purchased.

10. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if you do not pass your test. You may request a refund by emailing enquiry@graduatesfirst.com and sending in the evidence to prove that you have not been successful in a particular test related to the one that you have purchased.

If there were discrepancies in that only a certain test was failed, a partial refund of the package you bought will be given. The refund amount will be judged from the information you provide as part of your refund request, which will need to include examples. Please be aware we may ask for further information about your request. Refund requests can take up to 5-7 days to process. If successful, we will refund the amount through our payment providers PayPal or Stripe.

Please note this refund policy excludes individual packages of: Video interviews, assessment exercises and game-based assessments. Due to the nature of the packages, assessments and evidence required, we are unable to provide a refund for these specified individual packages.

Please note that all solutions are available on reports where appropriate.

11. Governing Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
