You will need to complete an online application form.
If your initial application was successful, you will be asked to complete a verbal and numerical reasoning test.
Assessment Centre/Telephone Interview
You will need to attend an assessment centre – here, you will participate in various activities. This will include: a presentation from one of Smith & Williamson’s heads of business, a verbal and numerical reasoning test and a written and group exercise. Prior to the assessment day, you may also be asked to attend a 30-minute competency-based telephone interview.
If your visit to the assessment centre was successful, you will be invited to a series of interviews. The first-round interview will be competency-based and will be with a Manager.
The final stage of the selection process is a competency-based interview final round interview with a Partner of the team you are applying to.
You will receive a response, regarding the outcome of your application, shortly after the final interview.
