Using the Graduates First Competency Model, we have developed a powerful psychometric tool which can help you identify the competencies and questions that are likely to appear in any forthcoming competency-based interview that you have. The “Competency Question Identifier” (CQI) requires the user to take a short questionnaire which takes approximately 5 minutes to complete.

The tool weighs up various competencies in terms of their relevance to the job identifying those that are most likely to be linked to job performance. Once established, our system will provide you with sample questions for the competencies that may be asked, along with sample answers which cover the 'STAR' model as described in the "Assessment Centres" section of this site.
