Frequently Asked Questions
1 - I have lost my connection during a test or I have not received my report
If a connection is lost during a test, then you will not be able to submit your answers for scoring. However you will be able to complete the test as normal. Please reconnect to the internet before submitting. We are not able to score your test manually so if you’re internet connection was not established before submitting your responses, then you will be unable to obtain your results.

All members receive an email confirming their username and password. Please find this in your email inbox. Alternatively, click on the "forgotten password" link on the login page and follow the instructions.

4 - I would like the answers to the tests I have taken
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the answers to the tests as this would invalidate our tests.
5 - My computer won’t run the test
Our tests are compatible with majority of operating systems and computers and should not be problematic. This suggests the problem may be local. If you are unable to identify the issue, please contact our technical team using the email link provided below.
6 - I have made a payment but have not been given access to the tests
You should have received an email with an access code/s. This can take up to 10 minutes to process, therefore please wait until this time has elapsed before contacting out technical department using the email link provided below.
7 - I wish to book a face-to-face session with a consultant

8 - I would like a refund
If we determine from our systems that the access code has been entered into our system for a test, we are unable to offer you a refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information. If you feel you are entitled to a refund, then please contact our technical team using the email link provided below.
